A lovey hotel and certainly at the top end of the market, the room was lovely, the bathroom was small but modern. The free Gin is a nice touch! The spa looked special but didn’t use, however the restaurant was excellent. Would definitely return.

Gorgeous room at the back of the hotel. Views across the park and towards the cathedral. Well appointed room and super comfy bed.

Hotel was stunning and room ideal, we did not use the restaurant. The spa facilities were the only down point as they are very tired and also dirty

Well appointed building with a spacious restaurant/bar, worth considering for a stay in this area (but if stairs are tricky for you, check where your room will be in relation to the lift).

All areas fresh and clean. Room looked very recently decorated. Eco-friendly wash-room products. Approachable, polite staff. Super vegetarian breakfast.

Great hotel in a good location
Perfect location in the centre of town and a very nice stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Probably the only downside was that we found the restaurant to be a bit pricey. We paid over £100 for a meal for two that didn't include any alcoholic drinks!

Charging a tenner for overnight parking for guests staying at the hotel, a bit steep and a £120 room rate does NOT include breakfast...which is disappointing. Otherwise very comfortable room and bed.

Really enjoyable stay
Can’t think of anything that wasn’t really good from the moment we arrived until we left five days later. Excellent location and service, with a clean, comfortable room and tasty, well-cooked meals. As for the staff, there was nothing they wouldn’t do to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Huge thanks.

A lovely Harbour Hotel in the heart of Chichester and less than a 5 minute walk from the theatre. Food was excellent and the staff very accommodating. Only downside was a party that had loud music playing in the Orangery until quite late into the evening on the night I stayed.

We liked the restaurant and the service. The coffee is excellent! Our room was nice and very comfortable but, and we found this at all the UK hotels we stayed in, the covers are too heavy and there is no way to make them lighter. We were either too hot or too cold (without the covers). I light blanket or sheet placed in a cupboard would be really helpful.

I am almost afraid to submit this, as I think people wouldn't ever believe me, but very sincerely: I have never visited before, and I was there for one week for Rolls Royce training as part of my job. From the people, to the atmosphere and scenery, and even the food; if I could have thrown my passport away and stayed for the rest of my life, I would have. Thank you.

Staff very friendly, hotel clean. Requested a room close to others I was travelling with, and was placed at the opposite end of the hotel! We were all there for a wedding so not helpful, no upgrade of room received or any VIP benefits. But one of the members of staff did make up for all of this, by going up three flights of stairs to grab a pair of slippers for me.. way beyond the call of duty, and thanks to that person on reception.

overall nice stay , not sure about security.
Generally very pleasant stay in great location. We stayed in a superior room which was very comfortable and a good size. The bed was fantastic and the shower was powerful enough. I was not happy with the lock on the door as it was a jazzed up key for a yale lock and the stairs to the rooms is just inside the entrance and I noticed reception was not always monitored. The smoke alarm went off at 6.30 but from the smell I believe that was some idiot smoking in their room. Service was excellent and the breakfast was very nice. Great location.
