Congress Plaza Hotel
This hotel is decent for the cost but overall I’ve stayed in better places. It was a little dangerous with homeless hanging in the back of the lobby. The main front door was barricaded off which was a pain going to the side doors. The rooms are older and drafty. My room in particular did not have ...
