Amazing location of the hotel, close to public transportation, and clean, spacious rooms. Unfortunate that the tv is old style without much entertainment and cable had bad network. Otherwise great hotel

Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown River North
Overall, the hotel itself was good. The housekeeping staff was not responsive, and did not replenish items even after requesting three times in 24 hours. Very frustrating at this level of hotel.

The staff was super helpful and very welcoming. The room had an amazing view for us, beings it was our first time being in Chicago.
