"Great hotel. Great location near grant park. Alot of things were in walking distance. Staff was very helpful at check in. And property was well maintained. Are room was nice and clean. Everything worked and was enough for the price we paid. We'll recommend if you wanna be close to downtown."

The Emily Hotel
"Great hotel and location. Rooftop closed so that was a bummer. I like more counter space in the sink area. Not really space for personal items, but other than that -nice stay! Hubby likes that there were soft and firmer pillow options. He doesn’t like that at Hilton all pillows are soft 😂."

"PERFECT!!!!! Had such a smooth stay! I had a 5 hour delayed flight and was stuck in Nashville. My bestfriend had already made it to Chicago and was at the hotel. I called the hotel and let them know the situation and they allowed her to check in and get comfortable in our room (which was very beautiful). ..."
