"It’s definitely an older style hotel/room. Our first room was very small. Our second room was much nicer and bigger. We also had Chicago police knock on a neighbors door, which of course would make you not at ease. I loved the location. Just probably wouldn’t stay again."

"Terrible experience. They double charged me for the “deposit” but it was two different amounts. Went to the front desk to ask and they said they don’t have a record of it but it clearly shows on my bank statement. When I checked out, a few hours later they charged me again, twice!!
