"Everytime I come to Minneapolis MN This is definitely my go to hotel when I’m in town! I love this hotel. The staff are amazing. They work hard to earn your business and they definitely keep everyone happy. Highly recommended."

"Partially my fault, Hotel was in the city , which not being used to Minneapolis the drive in was a little difficult. However once in the parking garage , and in the hotel , the experience was pleasureful. The staff was kind and nice ( waited a while for the elevator since one was only working ) , the food was great we had at the Restaurant ( Plus got 10% off bill for staying there ) , and the room was clean and orderly. "Nice place overall. The air conditioner on the 6th floor did not work. Complained to the front desk, and initially they told me it was motion sensing and because we weren't in the room it was not turning on. Went back to the room and 45 mins later it was still 78 degrees and climbing, with no windows to open, and zero cold air blowing out. I went down and complained again and they moved us into a spare room, which initially they said they didn't have availabile. The new room AC worked perfectly...

"Room was clean. Good breakfast with many options. 1 minute walking to the convention center. Staff was really kind."

"The hotel and staff were great. It does say pet friendly but doesn’t offer a good pet area. It’s a mulched area out back and some dogs (like mine) don’t like using the bathroom in non grass areas. Other than that issue was pretty nice :)"

"I will NEVER EVER stay at this hotel again. Sharon’s staff, particularly Daniel, lied and misled me multiple times about management and availability. Was offended when called out gently. I barely said, “hey, can you possibly see how this conflicting info can feel misleading?” And he hung up on me 5 more times. do not stay here if you require sleep. Our tweaker neighbor was singing, shouting, and playing music all hours. I called hotel staff twice. They showed up once. It never fixed the issue....
