Excellent for short term stay as I stayed just 3 nights. Lots of restaurants around the hotel so you have options where to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Chiba train station is only a few minutes away and you can get a direct train to the Narita airport.

お値段と立地はとても良いです。夜ご飯も朝ご飯も食べるところに困りません。 残念だったのは8階の角部屋に宿泊したところ、wi-fi が弱くて使用できませんでした。速度測定をしてもメールがやっとで、Web 閲覧もできないレベル。仕事のための宿泊だったので、滞在中にビデオ会議が2つ3時間ほどあったのですが、全て自分の携帯テザリングで行わないといけなかったのが困りました。

ホテル内は快適でした。 24時間対応のフロントも安心でした。 部屋も浴室、トイレも清潔でした。 お部屋も上手に配置されていて、過ごしやすかったです。 ズボンプレスもありました。 あると便利ですよね。 （スチームアイロンの貸し出しもあるようです。） ただ、周辺の治安はあまり良くないです。 露出狂がいました。お気を付けください。
