A lovely gentleman with glasses and a bald head (apologies for not recalling his name) went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Within minutes of settling into our room, he surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from our balcony. Positioned in the heart of the lake, with the majestic mountains as a backdrop, it felt like we were in paradise. Gravedona town may have been quiet, but the serenity of the surroundings only added to the charm of our stay. What truly made our time at Hotel Regina Beach unforgettable was the combination of the stunning scenery and the exceptional customer service. It was during our stay that I decided to propose to my now fiancée, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to capture the moment, presenting us with beautiful photos that we will cherish forever. "Such a beautiful, peaceful hotel. Location is so great, next to the lake. The view from every direction is beautiful. The hotel itself is so clean, and really beautiful. Breakfast was great. Parking was easy. The spa was so nice. We were really happy we stayed at this hotel! We’d love to return here some day! "

"The hotel was great. Interesting place on the highway. Clean and comfortable. The dinning room was very disappointing. I really couldn't eat my dinner. I was cold tough and expensive. I ordered a game dish. Should gave been a treat. The disappointing part was that the waiter never came back after dropping the plates. Not for wine refills or the check on us. It didn't occur to him that I hadn't eaten. It seemed that a bus arrived and the focus was no longer on the dinning room guests. The breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. The focus seems to be on large quantity cooking and bigger groups which they handle well. "

"Delighted to be given an apartment rather than room for the night. Very spacious and cool. Excellent location for walking to lake and good free parking a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was delivered early next morning. A good selection of food including fresh pastry/bread, coffee, teas and juice. Our only issue was shortage of cutlery which we reported at check out and the owner was not aware any was missing. "

"First, be aware that you need to follow ALL of the signs that say, “Runchee.” Your GPS/Apple Maps/Google maps will NOT take you to the hotel/B&B. Parking is easy. Find the place is not. Breakfast: if your idea of breakfast is bread and butter, coffee and cake, then you’re in business. Don’t expect a real meal. I paid in advance and the lady running the place chased me down to pay for my stay. Mistakes happen."
