The views of the mountains are stunning I spent a whole 2 days just staring out the window. There was a small mix up with the booking website and the staff went above and beyond to help me and handle the situation. I would definitely come back here if I’m in town! Thank you

This was a friendly and economical motel to stay at within walking distance of the nearby Convention Center. The rooms are quite spacious and could be shared. It's also easy to get to and from Chiang Mai using (Grab) ride hailing, about 15-30 minutes from downtown or the airport depending on traffic.

Отель великолепный, вкусные завтраки, небольшие, но очень уютные номера. У нас был вид на горы, правда, из-за смога, было не очень хорошо видно, но все равно, впечатляло. В номере есть халаты, чайник, тапочки, сейф, холодильник, чай, кофе, сахар, бесплатная вода каждый день. Кондиционер работает прекрасно. Место очень тихое, не в центре города, но есть бесплатный шаттл, обязательно пользуйтесь им, очень удобно. Также вокруг много велодорожек, можно брать на прокат бесплатный веловипед и кататься! Провожать нас вышел менеджер отеля, что было очень приятно и неожиданно! Очень довольны!

・総評....価格と比べ、サービスがとても充実している。 ・部屋....価格帯の中ではかなり広く掃除も行き届いておりました。今回私はダブルベッドの部屋を2部屋借りましたが、部屋内は禁煙でベランダはありませんでした。また、コンセントは数種類のタップが設置されていましたが、日本と同じ形のものもあったので変換プラグは必要ないかと思います。 ・アメニティ....水とコーヒー紅茶は無料。シャンプー・ボディシャンプー兼用・歯ブラシなしでしたが、どちらもフロントで好きなものを選んで買うことができます。 ・サービス....価格帯ではこれ以上ない程スタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです。大抵の要望にはフレキシブルに対応してくださり、電子機器の不調によりカードキーが使えなくなってしまった際も即座に直していただきました。 ・飲食....私は利用しませんできたが、朝食と夕食は滞在中毎日賑わっておりました。また、フロントではカップ麺・ソフトドリンク・ビールなどの他にココナッツも販売してました。 ・アクセス....歩いて行ける距離には目につくものはありませんでした(15分ほど歩いたところにあるNong Fook Restaurantというお店が外国人には人気だそうです)。ホテルで自転車・バイクをレンタルすることができ、空港にレンタカーのお店もあるのでそれらを利用することをお勧めします。 ・その他....事前に頼んでおけば空港まで送迎してくれるそうです。基本的には無料、深夜などは250パーツだと聞きました。また、チェックアウト時の部屋のチェックに少々時間がかかったので、余裕を持ってチェックアウトされることをお勧めします。 ・問題点....帰国後ホテルから(タイ語なので内容はわかりませんでしたが恐らくお礼の)メールが届きましたが、BCCになっておらず他の方にアドレスが見える形になっておりました。今回のみのミスだとは思いますが、念のためメールアドレスを用意して申し込むのが良いかと思います。

Hotel location is a bit far from Old City, a bit outskirt; but the hotel provides shuttle services to the nearest mall every 2 hours, where one can take Grab to the old city. Recommend to get a sim card at 7-11 to move around in Chiangmai rather than travelling by tuk tuk. One good point is the hotel does send the guests to the Sunday walking street and saturday night market. I would like to thanks the expedia personnel (cant remember her name, sorry) who helped me to arrange shuttle service to pick me up at the airport upon arrival at Chiangmai.
