Enjoyable stay, lovely people. Amazing food!

Lovely stay, the staff are very friendly. The chef makes delicious food, the Thai curry I had 3 days in a row! Our room was ok, nice size, the only thing we didn’t like was that the doors didn’t shut properly so we had mosquitos coming in, also shower wasn’t hot. But we really enjoyed our stay we even extended our reservation for another night.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Notices warning about damaged tiles in the pool not being their responsibility and asking for payment upfront with (another) warning of no refunds under any circumstances was a little off putting at the outset. But, really enjoyed our stay - hotel was quiet but close to town and good shops / eating available close by. If I travelled to Chiang Mai again i’d Be happy to stay here again.

The hotel was very good and staff excellent. James was particularly helpful and we would definitely stay here again, some of the fixtures are a little old but that kind of added to the charm. Staff all did a great job. The only thing not working was the steam room. Not sure why

I enjoyed staying at Lanna Resort. Friendly staff and nice room. Every day cleaning and sheets changing. Nice pool and good breakfast. Would go there a second time!

Budget hotel, Budget rooms, Budget everything.

The staff tried their best, but had little grasp of the English language, that i could understand but not knowing if there was any Laundy in the area or where to go was unacceptable. The poor reception girl seemed lost. I sliced my leg open on a Screw on one of the chairs in the bedroom when I sat down and it also ripped by pants. I could not get her to understand that. The room was very filthy, dust all over the lamps quite deep. The sink was unkept and dirty. Poor water pressure but they did have a crystal clear pool maybe that's where the water pressure was going.

Rapport qualité prix correct

La première chambre qu'on nous a attribuée n'était pas du tout convenable. Nous avions réservé 4 nuits "Delexue" et la chambre était minuscule, ne parlons meme pas de la salle de bain. Je ne sais pas si c'était une tentative de la part de l'hôtel de nous arnaquer ou non, mais après avoir ralé nous avons obtenu une chambre bien plus agréable. L'hôtel est à 10-15min en scooter du "centre" ce qui n'est pas l'idéal mais plus proche des visites comme les cascades. Le petit déjeuner est basique mais convenable (choix d'œuf + jambon et saucisses + toast + 1 fruits frais). Le personnel fait de son mieux pour être agréable, quelques lacunes en anglais mais rattrapés par la gentillesse de la patronne (moins par les plus jeunes). Nous avons loué directement les scooter à l'hôtel, un peu plus chers qu'ailleurs mais tout neufs.

少し中心部から離れているので、とても静かな環境です。 郊外を観光するにはバイクなどの移動手段があれば、中心部の渋滞を避けることができるので便利です。 スタッフは常に丁寧に笑顔で対応してくれました。 部屋はとても清潔ですが、シャワーとトイレの水圧が少し弱かったです。

Paid for 2 nights but no room upon arrival !!

I booked 2 nights at this hotel but upon my arrival at mid-night, the staff told me that they were over-booked and no room was available. I had tried to call to advise them I would be arriving late but the phone no. didn't work. I believed that they sold my room assuming that I wouldn't show up so late. After half an hour, they put me in a lower grade hotel nearby which I had no other choice due to too late at night. Anyway, it was a bad experience. I couldn't imagine what a hot tempered traveler would do !! Staff was nice the next day and offered a free ride to the Bus station as compensation, it didn't help much but better than nothing !

不建議住這間。浴室水壓小，幾乎沒有熱水，換房間洗也一樣。早餐只有三種選擇，荷包蛋/炒蛋/蛋包+二片火腿+二根熱狗+一小撮沙拉，就這樣而已~~~。地點部分蠻偏僻的，我們拿泰文地址也沒用，司機都不知道，只能租摩托車(一天300泰幣遠高於行情價)。房間也沒有每天打掃。相同費用可以在古城內外住更好的房間，總之，非常不推薦。

部屋の狭さ以外は、二重丸。

このエリアで、この値段の割には部屋が狭いのが唯一の不満。 部屋の前の外廊下には、テーブル。 その他にも、リクライニングチェアが置いてあるオープンスペースがあるので、広々とした場所でくつろぎたい時は、そこを利用した。 シャワーは、温水がちゃんと出る。 プールの水も綺麗。 スタッフは、《驚くことに、すべてのスタッフが》親切、フレンドリーでした。 もうちょっと、部屋が広ければ、申し分ないのだけれど。

Poor start getting better

We moved to the Lanna boutique in Chiang Mai purely for the advertised pool..Unfortunately when we arrived the pool pumps had been turned of and the water had deteriorated, We mentioned our disappointment and were told it would be put back into operation the following day, it did however take a further 4 days before it became safe to use.our stay was for 6days. The staff were always polite helpfull and smiling although some lacked motivation always on there mobiles texting or playing candy crush, ( not surprising as only 2 rooms had guest for the first 4days of our stay) this does not include the ladies who serviced the rooms and cooked the limited menu for breakfast . The hotel is as described 20minute walk from the city centre, quiet and with plenty of local style eatery's .It does require a little TLC hopefully which the new owners will provide..

Need to find for a little time

We take the taxi to the resort, but the driver don't know where is it. we need to walk a few minutes to be there. it is surprised for us when we arrived, the resort is quite good, have a swimming poor, the color of the wall are so match and comfortable, the receptions are so nice too. The environment can make me relax more, i don't want to go outside the hotel.

あまりチェンマイの立地がわからないまま予約したので、空港からも街中からも少し離れていることがわからず、そこだけが少し不便でした。部屋はそこそこ広くベッドも大きいんですが、バスルームはトイレとシャワーが一体になったタイプ。お湯の出もよくなかったです。ドアもひびが入っていて鍵が壊れそうな感じでした。歩いて数分のところにレストランは数軒あるので食べるのには困らないと思います。あとセブンイレブンもあります。

酒店位置較偏僻, 的士司機要打電話才找到正確位置, 第一晚住在一樓房間, 有熱水器但完全沒有熱水, 第二天通知他們來修理, 但他們看完之後說熱水就是這樣, 所以最後搬到三樓的房間, 因為儲水箱在頂層所以有熱水, 但每天要爬三層樓回去！早餐是06：30 ~09:30,但誰會在渡假這麽早起床, 住了5晚的房間, 只在第4晚我要求他們才換床單！ 由於位置偏遠, 出入會比較不方便, 找車也不容易！
