Staff and guests, basically no one was using masks in the common areas. COVID-19 isn’t gone yet! My family and I were the the only one’s using masks at all time.

Me aloje 3 noches en el Pachamama y me ha encantado!! Cogi una habitación con terraza que esta muy comoda, espaciosa y limpia. El hotel esta muy centrico, cerca de todos los sitios de buceo, restaurantes y playa. La dueña Micky y su gatita Pacha hacen que te sientas como en casa y se preocupa por tu comodidad. Tienen un servicio de masaje con Mickael que tambien recomiendo mucho. En general me parece un hotel muy lindo, perfecto para pasar un par de noches bellisimas en Mahaual.

A building site at the entrance whilst we were there. After a long journey from the UK was looking for a rest in a good surrounding. From early morning until after dark the building noise was incredible with only a sorry from the owner! The owner was good in allowing us to change our stay dates

Great stay...this is a simple no frills hotel...it's clean , your room has a safe and a fridge ..it's less than a minute to the beach. WiFi was good too. Only one small thing, shower was very poor, not great to wash long hair in..had to dance around ...didn't spoil our stay ..

Great location in the middle of town and one minute to the beach. However our ground floor unit was the smallest I have ever stayed in Mexico, and we have been at a lot of small family owned hotels. There There Were no cooking facilities in the room or available at the hotel… Not even coffee in the morning.. I found this surprising, given the rate we paid for this property. The staff makes a big deal about not putting any of the towels on the floor, but I am not sure what we are supposed to do after a shower To keep the floor dry. We have found better values for budget hotels in Mahahual.
