Very nice stay! I had some problems, because my creditcard and passport was stolen in Mexico City, but the staff was very helpful! Special thanks to Evaristo in the reception for outstanding service!

The hotel was fine! The location is a little off, you have to walk pretty far to see some good things in Bacalar. And you definitely need some taxis if you wanna see the cenotes and the lazy river.

Don't let the pool fool

Good deal but the beds were really hard and the pillow(not pillows) sucked. Gave me a control for my room t.v without batteries and it didn't even work. There was no water in the bathroom when we got there so I had to tell them to turn the pump on. Very rural it's good if you want to save money. I was going to get two nights here but my back was hurting in the morning. Nice pool

La chambre etait grande mais vide de decoration. La salle de bain miteuse (faiance cassee, rien pour poser ses affaires, pas de tapis de bain, de l eau chaude mais pas toutblentemp )

El calentador de la regadera del baño no servía, se pidio solución y la encargada del turno vespertino arrogante y cortante a dar una solución, solo el recepcionista de la mañana era cordial y atento. Todo los demas en todos los aspectos sin problema, una buena opción si es solo para dormir y disfrutar de bacalar y sus alrededores.

El hotel es sencillo pero tiene todo lo necesario para estar bien, agua caliente, A/A, TV con canales básicos, el wifi es malo pero en general en todo Bacalar es deficiente el servicio y la señal, eso no es culpa del hotel. El desayuno incluído es basto y delicioso, quienes lo llaman básico, no se que más esperan. A nosotros nos encanta, bien servido cocinado al momento y si quieres agregar algo más los precios son súper accesibles.

Por el precio está bien incluye desayuno simple pero rico solo que hay que compartir con las moscas 😁 la cama se hizo un poco dura, pero estaba grande king un poquito retirado de la laguna ,y del ADO pero lo demás bien .
