The property was amazing! The staff and service was great! Breakfast was great! ATM on property which was very convenient! The only complaint is that you can hear EVERYTHING inside the treehouses, including our neighbors having sex! Loud sex! At 2am.

Casa Hormiga is a great place to stay on your next visit to Bacalar. The property grounds are beautiful and have a relaxing vibe. Staff is attentive and the rooms are some of the nicest places I’ve stayed at in Mexico. Plus you are in walkable distance to the lagoon and downtown area. Totally recommend and will sure return here!
