"Waited 15 minutes at the front desk for someone to appear. Blinds on windows were either broken and hanging wrong or were hard to adjust. Bathroom had dirty towels left over.I know the place is old but it should have been clean."

"The property has gone through a full renovation. Clean room, clean bathroom with excellent shower head and pressure. Location is good for Sussex County. Although, along a U.S. Hwy, it was quiet. And, I had a room closest to the highway, although well set back."

"Easy parking, close to university, clean and comfortable rooms "

"Not sure if this is a hotel or a building that holds homeless families. Stayed overnight because we were in the area for a funeral. The photos online do not represent with the rooms actually look like. It was absolutely disgusting half ripped wallpaper to scattered carpets to mold on molding. Stain on the sheets, dirty Q-tip-Trying to get my money back at this point because it was absolutely repulsive to stay there. "garbage was not emptied all weekend - ants in garbage on our floor by the elevator. Staff we gruff, had to wait ages to check-in as nobody at the desk. Rooms were clean but bathrooms were a bit dingy."
