Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
Great. Few recommendations to consider: - non-slip bathmat and handle - differentiate guidance booklet for visitors and for cleaning staff - hand towel in kitchen (overlooked, easily done) - sometimes noisy late evenings and early mornings. Great place, and overall very happy. Brilliant location and I would recommend to friends. I will be returning :)
