"Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

"This is truly the most ideal And perfect spot for anyone coming to Philly. Check in process is not clear- If you book through a third party and not the host directly, you must call to receive the check in links so you can access the door and get into the property. Was slightly stressful as this took some time but once I understood how to enter and exit I felt much better. So close to rittenhouse square. A truly perfect location"

"I was under the impression when they said that there was space for 3 people in the room that there would be space for 3 people. I only really needed space for two people, but I figured I would be safe. There was hardly space for one person. The Queen bed is a bit undersized (I would consider that a Full) and the Sofa bed is not a bed. If you want a cheap place near Rittenhouse Square and don't have high expectations, sure you can for sure stay here."

"This place was absolutely a hidden charm in an urban neighborhood. We had a dance competition 35 mins away and this home kept us so comfortable! There is so much space and charm to this 4 floor home. The point of contact answers right away which was very helpful. Some things not part of the hosts control: Street parking late at night a little challenging for 6 cars (but we made it work). Urban neighborhood and warm weather didn’t mix for a lot of outdoor critters that are on the block. Nothing...
