"We stayed during a multi day heat wave and really appreciated the efficient air conditioning. The VIP suite was spacious, the beds comfortable and we had a great top floor view towards St. Pauls cathedral. Breakfast was lovely but would have benefited from a few different/new items being added over the four nights that we were there. "Staff super friendly and helpful. Room super clean. Small but fine for what we needed it for. Close to stadium for football/concert. Sadly only 2 towels provided and no hot water for shower. Spoke to reception when left and a known issue for whole hotel but nothing communicated to guests and no offer of compensation. I have emailed via Expedia but again no reply."
