"Decent stay for value in Moab. Older property with an older renovation that is holding up. Furniture and carpet seem relatively recent. I've heard some guests complain about the noise on the street side. We were on the back side and had no noise issues. Complimentary breakfast is OK, but almost all options are sugary, so it's a little harder to get a balanced breakfast. Overall, it was worth the lower price than some other options."
"Pros: Convenient parking, spotlessly clean rooms, spacious for families. Very quiet at night—great for sleep.
Cons: Terrible Wi-Fi signal. Once the hotel is full in the evening, the internet only works near the door and is virtually non-existent inside the room."
"Moab is a lovely town, Hilton was centrally located, VERY walkable. Welcome staff excellent, check-in quick; common areas gorgeous. Room fairly clean but considerable outdoor/patio debris inside on carpet; beefstick behind an end table (gross). On the ground floor so our patio was right outside the pool (which we enjoyed) but our patio itself was filthy. We had staff come clean/mop it during our stay but it was clearly in need of power washing/bleach. We had a room with a separate bedroom/living area w a pull out (awesome/spacious). The bathroom gorgeous, however the three doors were all hanging barn doors which were atrociously designed. From the living area, you could see into the toilet room while the door was closed; natural noises of the bathroom flow freely throughout the living space due to the lack of properly sealed doors. There was no ice in any of the machines the entirety of our 3 night stay, incredibly annoying. Peculiar that there were no early morning coffee and breakfast options. Discovered a starbucks in the local grocery store on our way out of town, but otherwise nothing opened until 6:30-7am which was highly inconvenient if planning pre-dawn excursions to the national parks!! Tons of walkable food options and a full scale grocery store less than a mile from the hotel (opens at 6am w Starbucks). Overall, I'd definitely stay here again, but I would say hotel might pay a bit closer attention to detail, convenience, cleanliness."
"This is a wonderful hotel and I highly recommend it! I was traveling across country with some family members and we stayed here to visit The Arches National Park.
We arrived late - the restaurant was closed - but an amazing young woman named Anu went out of her way to provide dinner for us.
I assume she was one of the managers because she was very professional and went above and beyond to ensure everything about our stay was exemplary. It’s so wonderful to see that level of excellence in one so young! (No Gen Z stare lol)
The rooms were comfortable and clean and had everything we needed.
The only annoyance I experienced was with the young woman at the front desk during check in. I think her name was Aura, maybe?
I told her several times I could not hear her (I’m partially deaf) but she continued to speak very softly. She really needs to respond better to people’s disabilities.
Derek, the other front desk clerk we dealt with was great! He even came over to make a latte for me when no one else was there.
All in all, a fantastic stay!
Thanks so much!"
