"The host upon arrival was extremely friendly and very helpful .the staff were ever so nice Room was very clean and spacious. "The room was spotless, lovely beds and pillows everything was perfect in the room, loved the Elemis products in the bathroom.
Dinner was superb I recommend the Burger!
Breakfast was cooked to order it was served hot and was so tasty, Claire&Olga looked after us very well, lovely ladies, Alison and the reception team made us very welcome and were very helpful, we will definitely be back! "

"I was really disappointed with my recent stay here and wouldn’t return. The hotel advertises having a restaurant, but there wasn’t one available. The lighting in the hallways near reception was extremely poor, which didn’t feel welcoming or safe.
There were leaks coming through the ceilings with no buckets underneath, meaning you had to walk through puddles just to reach your room. The whole building had a noticeable damp smell throughout.
