"I arrived later than normal due to a delayed flight. The staff was accomodating and following hotel protocol however I was alerted that there is a company policy to cancel a reservation if not checked in by audit time. Apparently my non-refundable room was canceled. I was not aware I needed to call to inform of the delay. It would have been nice to have known this policy. Luckily there was still a room available. "Latoya was great, she does more than she has to. Miss Lillian was also notable. The cleaning staff was great, and overall we had a great experience. Heidi was good, breakfast as well."

"The front desk was underdtaffed but the friendliness of staff more than mafe up for the wait. The room I stayed in was nice but a bit dated furniture wise. We had the 2 bedroom and the size was great. They need to restock the cutlery. The house keeper did not clean one of the tubs but everything else was ok. Fyi they clean the room every 3 days. "
