"Friendly helpful staff member on reception checked me in and she explained everything parking breakfast local amenities etc. I stayed in room 20 in the annex which was comfortable clean & quiet ( even tho it over looked the pub courtyard) the bathroom soap dishes & toilet seat needed replacing but that was my only gripe 😁… on the whole a lovely hotel in the centre of chertsey with attentive staff and a pleasant atmosphere… I did not eat there due to working late so can’t comment on the food "

"This hotel was beautifully located right before the Westminster Bridge with stunning views of Big Ben and the London Eye. We were also only a few minutes walk to Waterloo station. Very convenient location. Would stay here again. "
