"The location was great because it’s not too far from the beach but it’s much quieter than the places on Belgrave Road. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast was great with nice quality sausage and bacon. Hosts are very welcoming. "

Welcomed on arrival (needed to phone number on door due to small team running the place) and showed to room (top floor…not ideal if you can’t handle stairs!). Room good size, plenty of home comforts and most importantly good bed and shower! Overall a solid experience and will be back I’m sure when in area. "

"Room was clean, staff very good, food was great, only issue was I choose a hotel with on site disabled parking and there was none, managed to park on road but at busier times it wound be a struggle, also the lift could only be used by one person at a time and the lift was incredibly slow, the description on your site needs updating with regards to parking, but we had a very enjoyable experience.
