6/10 Okay

"We had to wait literally 10-15 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. We called the "800" number to ring the front desk while standing there and still no one. Finally, a young man emerged from somewhere down the hall. While we were checking in "later," it was only 8:30-9:00pm. Weird! Then, we got to our room and as soon as we turned on the lamp....the power to the entire room went out. Weird again! We moved rooms...no issues changing, but this room had a bad odor (like urine). It was 10:00pm at this point and we were tired, so we toughed it out. We did let the front desk know of the odor when we checked out the next morning. The staff was friendly....the breakfast was good....the property was ok other then these specific issues."

"I have been staying here for 5 years in a cabin and have always been pleased with the property. This year was different. The outside of the cabin looked rundown. Chipped paint around the door, and a pane of glass was broken and taped. Not a great impression. The cabin was clean but the toilet lid was old and stained even though a brand new walkin shower had been installed. No hand towel available and there was an iron with no board. I hope our next stay is better."

"This is quite an amazing property at a reasonable price. We were switched to the room above the lobby area in the back, which had the best view I've ever seen through a window. You could watch the clouds come and go in front of the mountains. The staff was 100% friendly and professional, while not being fawning or annoying. Lots of attention if you need it, as it is a smallish resort. They seem to do a deep clean every week. We had dinner one night, which was tasty and very well prepared, and probably cost less than what we would have paid if we drove into town for something comparable."

"The experience of booking my room through one platform and being told when I got there my payment went through Expedia. The place was dated but in a good location away from town but convenient. Mr Mike, the attending manager, was nice enough and was able to locate a fan for me. The bed was a clean. The bright lights coming through the curtains was not good. The room would be better with black out curtains. A decent room with good parking."
