"My partner and I had a great time when we visited this property. Everything that we were told we would have was true, with more. The only bad experience was what could only be described as "hard water." My partner and are not used to the conditions of the water that was supplied to the shower."

"Our stay was amazing! We are from Upstate NY so we were hoping the pool was open unfortunately it was not open until May. The continental breakfast was very good as well.We would recommend this place to our friends & family for sure! The manager “Michelle” was very helpful & friendly!"

"I love this place. It’s affordable, comfortable, quiet, quant, and a great launch off place for adventures around the Smokies. This is our second time here and we already want to go back. Also, you can bring your dog. My dog Shadow loves coming and staring from the deck to look for squirrels. The best part is the hot tub. You’ll get spoiled the next time you go to a hotel hot tub and have to share with strangers. There’s a fully stocked kitchen as well. You’re pretty isolated around the Smokies so it’s nice to run to the Ingles in Bryson City and cook at home. Can’t wait to come back! "

"As outdated as this place looks, it was actually very clean and comfortable. The bed was nice, the shower pressure was great, the water was hot. Bill is super friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again."

Mountain cabin was clean and very comfortable. Got some.nreakfsst sandwiches in the morning, amd the biscuits were delicious. There are also miles of hiking trails on and near the property, and a gorgeous river. "
