"The hotel is I think one of if not, the oldest in Grimsby but comfortable, clean room. Good freshly cooked breakfast with lighter options. Warm friendly staff and always friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night but would stay again. Close to the station. 15 minutes."

"Stayed for a two week work trip. My room was cleaned daily with fresh tea , coffee and buiscuits. Food in the restaurant was lovely and was well looked after by staff. Had a comfortable room overlooking the golf course and have booked again for my next work trip. "

"The overall house was clean and there were ample amenities. The owner was pleasant and greeted the guest, explaining the facilities adequately however, there were a number of issues: There were no towels provided (contrary to what was stated on the booking), there was no breakfast provided (contrary to what was stated on the booking), the free wi-fi was unusable and there were mouldy banana's in the cupboard! Not great sadly."
