"Stayed at The Accord Metropolitan recently after almost six years. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I couldn't help feeling the hotel has become a little dated. The room was comfortable but showed its age. The bathroom flush had to be manually stopped after every use, and the room amenities weren't arranged very well. The biggest letdown was the breakfast. I used to recommend it to everyone, but this time I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for a table, and the spread was much smaller than I remembered. The South Indian dishes also tasted surprisingly sweet and lacked the authentic flavours I was expecting. That said, the hotel's biggest strength is still its fantastic staff—they were warm, courteous and always helpful. The location is also excellent. I'd happily stay here again, but at the price I paid, I'd probably consider other options first. A few upgrades and a return to the breakfast quality I remember would make a huge difference. Thank you to the team for your hospitality."

"My stay at Savra Hotel was wonderful from start to finish. As soon as you enter the property, you’re welcomed by a beautiful waterfall accompanied by soothing piano music, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was truly extraordinary, offering an impressive variety of South Indian, North Indian, and Continental dishes. I especially loved the made-to-order dosas, and the dedicated coffee counter serving unlimited, authentic filter coffee was a delightful touch. The staff was exceptionally helpful, always courteous and attentive to our needs. The entire property was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, Savra Hotel offers a perfect combination of great hospitality, excellent food, and a peaceful ambiance. I would highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again."
