"Second time back in this hotel. Nothing more I can ask for."

"We had a good experience at Ritz-Carlton Chengdu - the facility was in excellent condition with luxurious touches throughout. The breakfast was superb with great selections and excellent quality. It was also in a great location. What fell short slightly was on the soft side - service was solid but too formalistic and lacked personal touch and flexibility.
