"Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again."

"The room was like a sauna when we got in there, the heating had been left on and windows were closed. It’s the most basic room. The bed squeaked every time you moved and the pillow was thin. It was an uncomfortable night. The shared bathroom was dirty and there was a hole in the ceiling. Would not stay again"

"The hotel was functional, all the basics were there, not luxuriously glamourous, but I don't want that. It was all clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was good, but the self-service area was too small for such crowds of people, especially for wheelchair users who were having difficulty to manoeuvre in the narrow space.
I arrived at 1.00am, late due to train holdups, and would have liked something to eat, but there were no snacks available.
I enjoyed my stay, and would stay again."

"I wanted somewhere close to the terminal for an early morning check in. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I ate in the restaurant, and the service was excellent, as was the ham and mushroom pizza. I booked breakfast and that was just as good as dinner, with an extensive choice of food and beverages. And then took the inclusive shuttle bus to the terminal.
Would stay here again if I had another long haul flight to catch with an early morning check in time."

"The staff were very welcoming even when we arrived very late (23:50) somewhat wet and bedraggled after a horrendous drive in the rain up the M6. We were met with an understanding smile and given clear directions to our room. The room was clean and warm with a comfortable bed. The room overall was a little tired.
