"We were originally going to stay in Traverse City but they had no availability in pet friendly hotels, we had searched for hotels around Petoskey and surrounding areas but no luck! We decided to try and book in Mackinaw City and luckily we were able to get 2 rooms and pet friendly. The gentleman behind the counter was managing the people the phone calls asking for room availability some people were upset but even he didn't expect the busyness but he didn't lose composure and remained polite!
The rooms looked like they were being remodeled clean sheets, towels. Only problem was no television, luckily I was able to watch my shows on my phone! Also if you are scared ofspiders dont look up the door frame! Id stay again!"

"The room was very big and very clean. We decided to stay here on a trip to the UP of Michigan. We have stayed at this Hotel multiple timea now. This is the hotel where we stayed when we got engaged just after they opened while on a casino trip. The only "negative" was no breakfast but the did have discount tickets for breakfast at some local restaurants. "
