"Most things were really good! Great proximity to the beach and cliffside. Great rooms, nice property, good food, helpful staff. The wifi is unusable. Terrible connection, keeps dropping even in areas with good connection, makes the smart TV useless. Other minor problems: Shower gel is only enough for 1 person/1 shower, have to keep asking them to replace it. Staff woke us up in the afternoon despite a DND sign on the door. "Initially we booked a standard AC room but upgraded to a deluxe AC room on the 2nd floor which has been constructed newly. The room had ample space with a small balcony as well as with TV and a small storage cupboard. The room, attached bathroom-toilet was clean and the bed linen as well as towels were clean. Provision for tea/coffee in the room was available. A table chair would have been nice. Nearby dining options are available. The not-so good reviews are mostly due to the standard rooms on...
