"I left a specific item—a Figs scrub top—in the closet of my room. After failing to reach the hotel by phone, I diverted my route by 30 minutes to inquire in person. Despite my certainty regarding the item's location, the front desk staff refused to physically check the lost and found storage, citing only that it "wasn't in the system." The staff’s unwillingness to perform a manual search for a verified lost item demonstrates a lack of professional integrity and basic utility. If you value your property, do not stay here; the recovery process is non-existent"
