"The property was well maintained. Susana, working the front desk, was simply outstanding. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place in a quiet village. If you’re looking for nightlife, this is probably not the place for you.😉 this is wine country and there are vineyards everywhere. We had an absolutely delightful time and will do it again"

"Area was great and easy to navigate. Rooms were clean. Only thing about the room that could be improved is having the use of Netflix or other streaming services. They are smart tvs just no access to the menus for the tv."

"Breakfast is excellent with lot of choices. The shower is designed for people with disabilities but is a bit tricky to use for someone is not. The fire alarm went off at midnight because someone smoked in their room so I guess fire alarm system is functional."

"Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful, room not laid out well, double bed in a corner with luggage rack on the open side. No bar or restaurant, though plenty, a good 10mins walk away! Probably not a good choice for older tourists! Younger travellers may well appreciate “the vibe” more!"

"Chambre avec toiles d'araignée et traces de doigts noires sur le lambris pvc au plafond de la salle de bain. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas lors de mon arrivée et j'ai une visio. On me conseille de prendre mon PC pour aller boire un café au Campanile à côté pour voir si leur réseau fonctionne... Je demande une facture par mail pour mon séjour au règlement à mon arrivée. J'ai dû la redemander 2 jours plus tard lors de mon départ en papier. Le petit déjeuner est varié et le personnel en salle sympa....

"The actual building and rooms are much nicer than the pics. Room was a bit on the smaller side with no closets for clothes or a tea kettle (but you can get one from the front desk) but very clean and comfy beds. The view from my room on 8th floor was decent. Breakfast is pretty good except for the coffee which was spoilt by the powdered milk in the machine- get a double expresso and add fresh milk (they even have soy milk and almond milk). "Disappointing stay. The 2 out of 3 elevators didn’t work the whole 5 nights that we were there, including 0 elevators working one night. AC in our room was rubbish. We were staying there for our wedding - no gesture from the hotel. The morning of our wedding, at 6 am, false fire alarm goes off - again no gesture from the hotel. Even at the checkout the staff didn’t ask us if everything went well. Definitely not a 4 star hotel experience."
