"The only complaint is that the mattress on the bed still had the plastic on and it was near impossible to sleep. You can hear and feel the plastic on the bed. Very uncomfortable."

W We were in a room with a kitchen and it was well equipped, with free bottled water just down the hall. Will stay there again on next trip to NYC (we were staying near Grand Central Station with a total of 4 rooms."

"The staff was top notch! From the desk clerk to the security and everyone in the resturants and bars. We always felt welcomed and appreciated. The location is just off of Times Square. Far enough away from the noise but close enough to be in the heart of it. Rooms are clean and bed was comfrotable."
