The hotel was conveniently placed for our journey. The receptionist was pleasant. The room, although needing a little update, was comfortable, clean and had everything that was rdquured for an overnight stay.

Manque de professionnalisme

Le personnel d’accueil s’est montré peu aimable et a fait preuve d’un manque flagrant de professionnalisme, ce qui est inadmissible dans un établissement hôtelier. J’avais réservé une chambre avec un lit double. Cependant, en raison d’un défaut de synchronisation entre la plateforme de réservation et les disponibilités réelles de l’hôtel, cette chambre n’était pas disponible à mon arrivée. L’hôtesse, au lieu de chercher une solution immédiate comme cela est d’usage, est restée totalement passive. J’ai donc dû moi-même contacter la plateforme de réservation pour tenter de résoudre la situation. Pendant que j’étais en discussion avec leur service client, vers 22h15 ou 22h30 "soit bien avant la fermeture de l’accueil prévue à 23h00" l’hôtesse est intervenue de manière abrupte pour me demander de quitter les lieux. Elle a justifié cela par sa volonté de "fermer les portes", évoquant des consignes de la direction prétendument liées à la sécurité du personnel. Il est important de préciser que je ne lui avais même pas adressé la parole avant son intervention, ce que les caméras de surveillance de l’établissement pourraient aisément confirmer. Ce n’est qu’après de longs échanges avec la centrale de réservation, et très tardivement, qu’une chambre m’a finalement été proposée, alors même que des chambres semblaient disponibles sur place, notamment celles accessibles aux personnes en situation de handicap, voire d'autres avec lit double. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
