"I honestly should have checked the reviews before booking, and that’s on me, but this place was unacceptable. I stayed for less than an hour and ended up leaving to get another room elsewhere. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. When someone finally came, the service was poor, no greeting, no explanation, just handed me the key and pointed me to the room. When I walked in, I was hit with a horrible smell, a mix of old built up cigarette smoke and something else that made me feel nauseous. I even sprayed a ton of perfume just to tolerate being in there, and it didn’t help. The room itself was in terrible condition. Everything was outdated, the comforter had what looked like burn holes all over it, and there were visible stains on the sheets and pillowcases. There were even pieces of marijuana stuck to the comforter. I didn’t feel comfortable touching anything, sitting anywhere, or even taking off my shoes, there was no way I was going to shower there. I sat there for a bit trying to convince myself to stay, but I just couldn’t do it. When I went back to the front desk and showed pictures, there was no apology, no concern, and no refund offered. I’m not someone who nitpicks, but this was beyond unacceptable. It felt unsanitary and unsafe, the room door even looked like it had been kicked in a few times. I would not recommend staying here. You’re better off sleeping in your car. This was a complete waste and the conditions are disrespectful to paying customers."

"Hotel is nice and the decor is cool. Disappointed there was no fridge in the room. Sheets, blankets and majority of the room was spotless. One negative... The shades were dirty like a kid with sticky hands ran over them."

"Made a king size bed room but gave me two double beds saying third party apps cannot select the rooms."

"Overall not a great stay for us, although probably a good value for families with kids. Biggest complaint was the beds were way too small for a tall couple, our taller son had to almost sleep sideways in his bed. Also pretty noisy, could hear feet pounding above and all noise from the hallway. Staff was very courteous and helpful when needed. "
