"The room was tiny. No real cup or glass, try to make tea in a melting paper cup. The minimum was supplied. The place was clean and the staff was nice. Too far from the center."

"A nice hotel on the edge of the old town, around 10 minutes walk away to the centre. Room was spacious and very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was nowhere near as good as people make out on here however "

"I would consider this hostel run perfectly as with German Ordnung. There is nothing I could regret on the organizational side. My only two comments would be: 1) It would be better to somehow unite roommates according to their cultural preferences regarding diversity of guests - there could be misunderstandings easily avoidable if they do; 2) I confused the private (to the right) and public (to the left) kitchens in the basement and was reminded of my error by a kitchen employee less than nicely....

"A ridosso del centro storico, ma in una zona silenziosa ed a due passi dai primi celebri portici; personale empatico e gentile sia all'arrivo che nelle incombenze della partenza. La struttura all'interno è elegante e moderma, la camera invece forse non è all'altezza di un quattro stelle, sia nell'arredo che nei serramento un po' vetusti. Colazione standard, ma l'offerta è di buona qualità."

"The room we had was spectacular. The location is great. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the tub drain stopper in our room got stuck so the water wasn’t draining properly. We had to ask for staff’s help a few times. We were offered a change rooms but the other room was smaller so we decided to stay. It was a minor issue. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. "

"Couldnt fault the hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and location couldnt have been better. However, being in the centre of the city the noise outside the hotel on Friday and Saturday night went on until about 3.30 which made it impossible to sleep. Great the other two nights though."

Plenty bars and restaurants within walking distance feom the hotel. Piazza Maggiore only a 15min walk from the hotel. Train station less than 5min walk. Stayed with family including a 9YO. Would stay again if visiting Bologna."

"We had organised to arrive at the property before the 3 o’clock check in and leave our cases but the lady at reception who let us into the building was very unwelcoming - the young lady that was there was very nice though . The room was in the ground floor and next to the lift . There are c32 rooms and we could constantly hear the guests entering the building ( really loud every time the door shut) then the mouse from the lift was horrendous . We coujd also hear people walking around on the...
