"We had a wonderful stay. When we come back to Charlotte we will definitely stay with you. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the pool and the hot tub were great. "The outlets didn’t work well. But everything else was Amazing. I especially appreciated the hair wash and shower gel products :) I love that there was a built-in restaurant, and the staff was absolutely wonderful"

Quality Inn Charlotte Airport
"Very noisy hotel. Beds and pillows were hard and very uncomfortable. Tub looked like it should have been gutted out and replaced 5 years ago. Terrible stay. The second floor steps caused numerous people to fall. Lawsuit waiting to happen."
