The room was clean. Did find door open upon arrival and definitely would have light shining through the cracks all night. The young man who checked us in as well as the overnight auditor were very pleasant.

Omni Charlotte Hotel
I enjoyed the room & the hotel itself. The only bad thing was that it took over an hour to get my car back from the valet. We also had a later checkout time so it’s not like everyone was leaving at the same time. No explanations were given as to why it took so long
