Room was unclean, smelt, ac hardly worked, staff charged me twice for my room and Wotif/hotel are refusing to refund the overcharge

Obviously no noise limit room next to me with younger females sitting on porch butting smokes on the timber bagging out there employer and there mates that weren’t there didn’t care about any one else even after a few hints to keep it down had to wet dunny paper and put in ears didn’t work well hotel section meals where real good though
