"We did appreciate the morning breakfast buffet. The attendant kept it stocked when items ran out. However, the hotel cleaning staff never cleaned our room and we were there five nights. Very frustrating and disappointing since we talked to the front desk about it, but they never resolved the problem."

I asked them to bring up two more so that we could stack them up. The pillows that they brought up were a little bit thicker but still got flat very quickly....
