"A new, fresh, beautiful hotel, very well positioned in front of the beach. The staff was extremely friendly. Great pool area, and a very clean place to stay altogether. A few things though: I am French and so are my parents who joined me and stayed at the hotel. I speak English and Spanish, but my parents don't and we would have appreciated menus and general info provided in French as well as other languages. We had dinner at the Aroma restaurant, and I don't recommend it. We could only order...

"First visit to this Hotel. You were made to feel welcome from the minute that you arrived. Room was spacious with a beautiful sea view . We opted for half board. There was a good selection of high quality foods which varied from night to night. Plenty of sun beds with towels provided. Lovely friendly staff. Looking forward to returning. "

"Perfect position for the area no cabs needed, right on the sea front a little cove for snorkelling about 5 mins walk. Rooms were clean, clean towels daily, breakfast great variety, dinner buffet only a few times as ate out in local restaurants, so would have liked option of lunch or dinner which would have been worth more to us, will defo be back. "

"Staff were lovely, helpful and approachable! We have arrived home today, it’s getting a lot busier there, so not sure if there are enough sun beds for the apartments. I know some people prefer the beach, but not sure how difficult it would be to get one in the height of the Summer. Apartments were nice, our internal doors didn’t close properly, but that’s a minor issue, they did shave a bit off the bedroom door as it wouldn’t move. "We had a lovely time. All members of the staff are kind, helpful and caring. The building itself is wonderful, probably the best in Lanzarote, especially if you are looking for something authentic and far from the busy touristic places. "
