"The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea."

This is especially a great hotel if you are planning on spending time at Tokyo Disney, as it is quite close on multiple bus lines. The only thing that was slightly cumbersome was that the hotel uses real/physical keys, and they ask that if you are going far from the hotel during the day (or going to Disney) that you leave the key with them...
