"Very disappointing hotel. I'm sure at one time the hotel was a great property but it is now in serious need of investment attention and care. The park next to the property has been closed for the last 5 years which is not mentioned or obvious when booking. The staff are not uniformed so hard to tell who is staff and most of them are sat around doing nothing but looking at their mobiles. we waited an eternity for our meal in the restaurant and the 1st night there was a function so unable to order...

"This is not a lodge for bird watchers. There are four rooms and a outdoor eating area in the middle of the woods. There is no reception, the guests are alone, the person who does the cooking and is excellent at that and also cleans the rooms is there several times a day but she doesn't speak English. The area is very good for birds, while we were there they had young people staying to party and play loud music. Don't stay over the weekends unless you are there to party. They don't have air...

"Não pude ficar no estabelecimento apesar de ter reservado, pois a dona da Pousada (Gi) NÃO HONROU COM O CONTRATO sem qualquer justificativa plausível. Ainda por cima, quando entrei em contato para verificar a reserva do quarta, a mesma foi completamente rude, grosseira e mal educada, e por fim, desligou o telefone na minha cara. O site também não resolveu minha situação. Conclusão, fiquei sem estadia no local. NUNCA MAIS RESERVAREI PELO SITE E MUITO MENOS NESSA POUSADA."
