"The temperature was 35C, we arrrived past 7pm and were exhausted, we checked in through phone instruction. It was good till we turn on AC which was not working and we were told it'll be fix the following day. Very inconvinient and terrible experience due to thunderstorm, time and situation. They can't give us a new room because it was full at that time. They know from the start the AC was not working and we were not informed ahead of time. "We were not provided with any hand towels in the bathroom, had to use the shower towels. A dish towel in the kitchen would have been helpful as well. it is a nice quiet building and a nice area.Plenty of bakeries and restaurants"
