"The front desk receptionist ‘loved’ her job so much she forgot to smile and offer basic customer service. I never do this but I am gonna make an exception and spell out her - Margary. The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel. "The experience was far from good. At midnight a man tried to get into my room. I tried to call the front desk and the phone was not properly labeled to reach out to the front desk. I didn’t know which button to punch. The lobby smelled a combination of stale air and perfume. The bedsheets had little holes in them. The hotel is very close to the airport but that’s it. If you are used to budget hotels in the US, this is bellow that. Stay somewhere else. The staff was very friendly."

"Stayed here to be close to the airport for a flight the next day. Room was clean and a good size. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was busy so some of the food options were gone by about 8:30 am. I don’t know if they refilled the items or not. Quality of breakfast was ok but nothing exceptional. Used the hotel shuttle to get to the airport with no concerns or issues. Overall, this hotel was fine for a one-night stay."
