"There was a huge dead cockroach in our room. The rooms were so outdated, and they smelled of humidity. The rug looks like it was from 20 years ago. The paint was bright yellow, making the rooms look extra old. The rooms are not that clean. Staff was helpful, thought, kind, and nice, and moved us to another room after the cockroach."

But the phone support to get the code was quick and easy. Modern property, and obviously newer. ... Minor style-over-substance quibble: Add some light to the bathrooms."
