"Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast."

"The hotel is located on a quiet location in a bay on the north of the island. The facilities are very good with a well stocked bar, a good food offering and clean rooms. The point of difference is the excellent front of house staff, all were helpful and friendly and made our stay all the more enjoyable. "The rooms we stayed in were immaculately clean and well stocked with Coffee, Tea, Water and toiletries etc. the breakfast was in part good although, both the has browns and bacon were past eating, both being very dried out and hard, there wasn't a choice of milk and the tinned pears and peaches not a healthy addition to the yoghurt, also we ordered a poached egg and after 25 minutes gave up waiting for it, the rest of the breakfast was adequate, staff in the breakfast room were friendly and...

"La chambre est moderne et très propre, la literie confortable. La vue depuis le balcon est sublime. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié. Le dîner était très bon, dans une salle avec une très belle vue sur la baie. Le parking devant est petit, mais le second parking est vaste, aucun problème pour se garer. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine, mais elle fait envie !"

"Staff amazing food first class and plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Ideally located just East of St Helier. Plenty of parking. Large room extremely well looked after. The only down side is limited tv channels but that's nothing really. Very happy."
