The room was just as described I got my hot tub and king size bed. There were 2 cons which was the bathroom being the main 1 the shower drains would flood the bathroom so it was a slip and fall waiting to happen and then there was a water bottle behind my bed which let me know the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned or inspected. Other than those 2 things everything else was good. It was close to all the restaurants and shopping area.

This guest house is like on the club house. Ground floor of this property is bar restaurant with loud beat music shaking whole upper rooms. Hopefully, I was able to ask to front desk to arrange different hotel room for 2 nights of 3 days itinerary. I guess no one sleep and rest here.

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön, sauber, bequemes Bett, nettes Zimmer. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass es in einer Straße mit Bars und vielen Lokalen liegt. Wer gerne feiert ist hier richtig. Abends übertrumpfen sich die Bars mit extrem lauter Musik, man kann nicht mehr unterscheiden welche Musik in den Bars gespielt werden. Es dröhnt aus allen Richtungen. Schade. Wir waren über ein Wochenende dort und werden nicht mehr dort wohnen. Bevorzugen etwas ruhigere Gegenden.

Tolle Zimmer in zentraler Lage!

Sehr schöne Zimmer, mitten in der Altstadt. Schallisolierte Fenster und sehr leise Klimaanlage. Freundlicher Empfang im Haupthotel und persönliche Begleitung zur Unterkunft. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht in Chania, würden aber jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Bästa läget i Chania

Jättebra läge i gamla stan med balkong ut mot gågata. Man checkar in på huvudhotellet sen följer receptionisten med till hotellet som ligger bara runt hörnet. Det är branta trappor i huset och har man problem med att bära eller gå så ska man välja huvudhotellet. Vi fick be om hjälp med hämtning av väskorna vid utcheckningen. Hotellet har en minibuss som hämtar från flygplatsen mot en kostnad. De ordnar även utflykter till Elafonissi mm. Frukosten på huvudhotellet är väldigt fin. Vi köpte till det en av dagarna. Bor gärna på huvudhotellet igen då där finns hiss.

Perfect location in the city center, very nice and clean room. The service was perfect. My only negative point is the condition of the toilette & shower. While taking a shower the hole floor was getting full of water, and that was not so comfortable.

Υπεροχη διαμονή

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Είναι το κατάλυμα που επιλεγουμε πάντα να μεινουμε στα Χανιά. Είναι κεντρο με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ολα. Πεμτακαθαρο και αμετο. Η μονη μας ενσταση ενώ άλλες φορες είχαμε βοήθεια για τος αποσκευές μας, αυτη την φορα δεν ειχαμε.

There was so much noise because of the cafe-bar under the elia potie. There was no reception and the breakfast was served 2blocks away at elia betolo where we stayed because of all the above. Also when I booked the roon was bb and the staff informedvme that there was no breakfast included in my reservation at elia potie! Elia betolo though was wonderful!

A nice modern clean hotel that nicely decorated but that is directly over and opposite 2 busy bars that finished at 3am on the night we stayed and reopened at 08am later that morning.

Nice clean room

The room was very clean and had all the amenities you would need, including toothbrushes etc. Nice design, looks like recently refurbished. Location is very good - town centre, but unfortunately you can hear all the noise from bars which are located downstairs. Tiny downside - there is no reception in this hotel, so you need to check-in/out in the main Elia Betolo Hotel which is located 1min walk away.

Good hotel, clean room. In the city center, near everything! Only one problem is a bit noisy at night... party party :) Overall, nice and hip hotel room!

Weekend a Chania!!

Chania è una città molto piccola, quindi si visita in pochissimo tempo (soggiorno consigliato: massimo 2 giorni). E' carina, piena di negozietti di souvenir, bar, ristoranti e lungo il porto veneziano si può fare una romantica passeggiata. Nel weekend (maggio), di giorno è molto tranquilla, la domenica molti negozi sono chiusi, mentre la sera c'è molta vita notturna con localini pieni di gente. I commercianti sono molto insistenti, spesso molto sgarbati e fastidiosi...la fregatura è sempre dietro l'angolo...consiglio di fare molta attenzione!!

a good average hotel.

the room on the booking webside said to be 30sq.meter, but it was actually only 20sq. meters! Also there in no elevator. The hotel is above a bar, so there was a lot of loud music at night No glass on both of the sides of the shower, so this is a disadvantage. no reception on the hotel (there is a reception on another of the hotels chain about 200 meter away) no cleaing of the room on the last 2 days of our stay.
