Fantastic place to stay for a holiday, really clean and modern. Kitchen is modern with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Spacious bedroom with a very comfortable double bed. Air conditioner in lounge area and bedroom. Nice size balcony for breakfast and evening drinks. The owner Aris was on hand at all times for advice and queries via WhatsApp. Can’t fault this property.

Stylish, clean and comfortable & in good area

Very nice place! Everything new and in good condition (and good taste!) Friendly, helpful owner, the area is one of my favorites in Chania - easy to go by bus, close to the beach/ still close to the city. Would definately stay there again another time ;)

Our host Aris truly made us feel like VIPs during our stay in Aetherion. He was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed almost immediately when we asked. The actual place itself was also very clean and updated with the feel of a fancy hotel without the steep price tag. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Crete.

Aethrion was very unique, modern, spacious and beautiful property. The owener Aris was super kind and helpful. He was always available via Whatsapp. Answers less than five minutes. One AC unit in each room and one in the living room. Premium bedding with their own logo on it. Parking was easy. Kitchen was very clean and up to date. Everything seemed very new. I will definitely come back to Aethrion. The whole experience was just WOW. Thank you Aris!

Stort og fint - alt lett tilgjengelig.

Dette var et veldig bra opphold. God plass til 3 mennesker på tur med en stor dobbelseng og god sovesofa. Kjøkken med fungerende oppvaskmaskin, kjøleskap og vaskemaskin. Liten veranda til å starte morgenen på passet veldig godt for oss! En liten tur ned bakken så har man både supermarked, frokostmuligheter og stranda! Taxi/buss er aldri langt unna. Trenger du en plass å bo og vil utforske, så kan denne plassen anbefales.

Beautiful and modern place to stay.

It took more than half hour for the owner to come to the property, I guess they live far from the property. The unit is really spacious, clean, Modern, walking distance to the beach...On the 3rd and 4th day of our stay, no hot water. Everything else is great.

Appartamento al piano terra estremamente spazioso, concepito con stile e ben arredato. Climatizzazione presente in ogni ambiente e gestibile separatamente. Cucina ampia e ben attrezzata, zona giorno luminosa con porte finestre ampie che garantiscono ampio accesso a terrazze porticate. Il personale che ci accolto e seguito durante il soggiorno, veramente ospitale e premuroso (un plauso a Maria). Da evidenziare la pulizia e l'attenzione al cambio asciugamani e lenzuola.

My husband and I absolutely loved this property! We definitely want to come back for a longer stay. Amazing decor, huge kitchen, even laundry, terrace, parking and everything at a very affordable price considering Greece prices. I mean.. was else could you ask for? If you are traveling with kids, this is the place for you, elderly, young or couples... this is the place for you! Besides the owner gives a ton of excellent recommendations on restaurants, attractions, and the must-see beaches. Congratulations, you are doing an excellent job,

Una settimana a Creta.

Ambiente pulito ed estremamente funzionale. Piccolo problema dovuto al collegamento internet scadente: non esistendo una reception presidiata abbiamo telefonato per potere accedere al'alloggio, perché non avevamo ricevuto una e-mail con le relative istruzioni. Posti auto non enormi ma più che altro uno scalino fastidioso per abboccare la rampa: consiglio vivamente di provcedere a risolvere questo inconveniente. Pulizie eseguite ogni tre giorni, sempre a causa dei problemi di comunicazione internet abbiamo avuto una lieve difficoltà al riguardo, niente di grave. La signora delle pulizie è stata estremamente gentile e ci ha dato le istruzioni per il check out. Da consigliare senz'altro.

The house was ultra modern and spacious. Clean and user friendly. Efficient air conditioning on the main floor and each of the three bedrooms downstairs had its own air conditioning unit. Convenient washing machine. Dishwasher was a nice touch. Nespresso machine and large fridge. Great views to the beach. You “could” walk, but you would probably just drive down the hill to the beaches located close by. Super market was close by and plenty of restaurants that would deliver. Highly recommended. Really impressed.

Ligger i grei avstand fra stranden, litt å gå til restaurantene men absolutt innafor. Litt tungvindt å gå for å handle på de litt større supermarkedene. Rolig og fint område. Kunne gått vært litt bedre utsikt på verandaen, kunne gjort det litt kjekkere å sitte der (vi så rett inn i trær). Det kunne med fordel også vært ordnet litt i gaten utenfor, som noen plasser hadde en del rot. Angående service, så var den bra, men litt treig på svar på henvendelse, ville ha en sen checkout, fikk ikke svar før etter vi skulle ha sjekket ut, etter flere purringer. Det manglet også noe så enkelt som en brødkniv, som vi spurte etter, men fikk det ikke, ellers var leiligheten veldig godt utstyrt. Beste sengene på heile Kreta (så lang vi har prøvd), stor dusj og bad, stort kjøkken og gode stoler, veldig høy standard på det meste, så vil absolutt anbefale stedet. Vi har feriert på Kreta i mange år og dette er standard messing det beste.

Very clean, modern and located in a quiet spot not too far fro the beach. Great to have change during our week stay. Minor comment but having some sharp knives to help prepare food more easily would have been helpful

Aufgrund der späten Anreise war ein fllexibler check-in sehr wichtig und komfortabel für uns. Die unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht. Ein kleiner Strand ist auch in der nähe, sowie verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, welche gut mit auto erreichbar sind. Für einen stadtbesuch empfiehlt es sich ebenfalls mit einem auto unterwegs zu sein.

Tre flott uker på Aethrion.

Vårt opphold var fullt og helt i samsvar med de beste av våre forhåpninger. Super leilighet med gode møbler (noe du ikke alltid får i Hellas.) Super dobbeltseng. Moderne komfyr, oppsvaskmaskin og vaskemaskin: alt sammen supert. Kjøkken ustyr, bestikk glass etc var veldig sparsommelig. Hadde kostet veldig lite med bedre utstyr. Utsikt: så og si null. Nabobygget hadde laget en urskog med masse mygg. Renholdet: bare perfekt! George, the boss: hjelpsom, hyggelig og flink, men ikke så ofte tilstede. Beliggenhet: ok men sørg for leiebil. Stille og rolig strøk bortsett fra hundekonserten kvelds og nattestid. TV en var nesten bare tull, men vil vi ha andre opplevelser enn å glo på TVen, da drar vi til Kreta igjen (for fjerde gang). Da vil Aethrion så absolutt være på vår liste.

Great stay in a great location

Had a great stay at Aetherion Boutique Homes staying in a one bed first floor apartment. Furnished really nicely with everything you need particular the air con units! Would definitely recommend as the apartments are in a great location close to the beach and to the bus route to Chania town. Will definitely be returning!

Sehr schön

Tolle moderne Wohnung mit Komfort wie man sich ihn wünscht. 3 Klimaanlagen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut. Zu zwei Strandabschnitten sind es fußläufig nur ca. 300 bzw. 500 Meter. In gut 4 Kilometer ist man in der Altstadt von Chania. Nach gut 1 Kilometer findet man einen großen Lidl-Markt.
