All excellent as can be expected from a Hyatt hotel . Surrounding is nice area to walk around and everything is close to the hotel both restaurants as well as shopping malls.

Terrible experience for spending $350 per night. The room I booked through Expedia has wrong description and photos and this hotel couldn’t do anything for their own mistakes. I ended up staying in a different types of room from the website description and photos Stay away!

Grand Deluxe Room Discrepancy. Room was Cold.
Booked a Grand Deluxe room for 3 nights in early Apr'18. The room that was given doesn't come with curved floor-to-ceiling window with xiang river view as per their advertised photo. I was given a city view room instead. Have been to front desk to inquire and request for a room change but was told that was not the type of room I have booked. As I have booked a Grand Deluxe room but not a Standard room thus I'm very sure of the room type I have booked meets my expectation. After confirming room type I have booked was correct, I was told only single bed room comes with curved floor-to-ceiling window with river view, but not twin bed room. Since I have paid extra charges for additional bed thus I'm ok with single bed room for us (3 adults), but was again told all such rooms type were fully booked, and I need to pay extra to upgrade my room type. I find it ridiculous for me to pay extra for what the hotel failed to deliver the room type I have booked. Front desk has given me an impression that money is what they care for and no service at all. What is even more disappointing is that there is no heating at all in such a 5 stars hotel. There is no heating even after a few hours thus have resorted to turn off the air conditioning, sleeping in cold room. Location is good but overall it's not worth what we have paid for to enjoy such services and experiences. We will never stay in this hotel if we visit ChangSha again.

Beautiful property!
Our room was georgeous and it had everything one might need. You cannot stay in a lux hotel like this anywhere else for this price. Loved it!

酒店各方面都很高水準,員工服務態度也甚好,唯一缺點是當我 check out 時,前台正幫我辦退房手續期間,有一位中年男士連向我致歉也沒一聲很沒禮貌的硬擠到我旁邊向幫我辦退房手續的職員詢問事情,問的事不是短短一兩句話,也不是急事,卻長篇大論的繼續向該職員發問,完全忽視我的存在。在此情況下,我覺得您們職員應該請他排隊及稍等,或請示我可否先幫那位中年男士,而不是毫無表示,讓他聊個夠後才繼續幫我辦退房,助長這種沒規沒矩的風氣很不好,不應是君悅這種大酒店的服務風範。

满意: 1.设施很新 2. 江景很棒,进门就自动打开窗帘看到江景感觉很好。 3. 床很舒服。 不满意: 1. 细节做的不够。比如说马桶竟然不是恒温的,冬天不得凉飕飕的。

入住後自費升等至61樓,景觀好,但窗子玻璃向外那面不乾淨,有點美中不足。淋浴、浴缸分開但只提供一條腳墊,欠周到。 馬桶建議採用免治式的。 整體而言,可以放心入住,推薦!

창사 그랜드 하얏트 호텔 이용 후기
오랫동안 중국에 근무한 경력이 있어 중국 호텔을 이용하지 않고 외국계 호텔을 이용하고 있습니다. 역시 중국 브랜드 호텔과는 다르게 직원들도 편안하고 영어사용에도 문제가 없었습니다. 조식은 약간 중국스러운 메뉴가 많다고 느껴져서 아쉬운 부분이었고 호텔 주변이 오일광장이라는 가장 번화가에 위치한점은 교통에 편리함을 생각한다면 좋은 위치라고 생각이 듭니다

地理位置很棒
地理位置特别棒 到很多地方都是走路几分钟的路程 只是前台办理的效率有些低 要排队好久 但是总体还是很不错 酒店里的几家餐厅也都很棒
